Speaking on the show, former health minister Aurelijus Veryga said that some doctors receive greater benefits if their managers confirm that it is possible to become infected at work.
“What is apparently the fear of doing this is that it is a kind of life together in an atmosphere of fear, which I do not understand and cannot explain. Everyone is afraid of everything, they are afraid that someone will immediately start investigating something, punish them and things like that. Everyone is afraid, managers are afraid, employees are afraid and that is why they are afraid to admit the obvious things, even the fact that they are infected at work ”, admitted A. Veryga.
