Realco real estate, near Ozo Park, begins to develop a new project “Go Life”. The four-building building will house a total of 275 homes to meet the needs of youth and young families. Investments in the project will reach 18 million. euros.

“We have adapted the project to a modern and active buyer looking for a home close to nature and at the same time where the infrastructure of the city would be developed. Our new project is being developed next to the 9-hectare Ozo Park, and residents have easy access to various shopping, service and entertainment venues: Ozas Shopping Center, Vichy Water Park, Delfi Sports Center, Avia Solutions Group Arena, Compensa Concert Hall . . Those who do not have a car can easily reach the city center and other areas both by public transport and by bicycle, ”says Julius Dovidonis, CEO of Realco.

The Go Life project is being developed in the territory of 1.08 ha in Gerulaitis and Ozo str. at the intersection, close to the main transport arteries in this part of the city: Kalvarijų and Geležinio vilko streets. The new project, developed by the Unitectus architecture studio, will consist of a four-story, eight-story building.

In total, it is planned to install 275 apartments with one to four rooms with an area ranging from 28 to 89 square meters. meter. Housing prices for this project start at € 57,600.

In the territory near the buildings there will be patios with greenery, playgrounds, rest areas. It is planned to install 93 parking spaces above ground and 108 underground parking spaces for cars.

According to J. Dovidonis, although the Go Life project has not yet been widely presented, there is already great interest from the neighbors for the new homes: as soon as the reservations for the advance sale are announced, the contracts are signed.

By developing the Go Life project, Realco continues its direction of projects that are not only comfortable to live in, but also reclaim the city: the company will revitalize the area alongside the future building. The latter is part of the old bed of the river Neris. Two lakes have survived in the area, which Realco plans to clear, order the accesses, install walkways and turn the area into another green oasis in the area.

“Green oases, such as the river bed of the Neris River, which is adapted to the needs of the inhabitants, are valuable for several reasons. Natural areas maintain a better microclimate in the city, clean the air and surrounding residents have the opportunity to relax in nature without leaving the city, – Dėja Želvienė, the landscape architect of the Go Life project, is convinced. – In the design of the landscape that surrounds Go Life, the objective was to preserve the natural values as much as possible, so that the most natural coasts remain, where integrated recreation areas will appear. Plants with water flowers will be planted on the shores and meadows with natural flowers on the slopes. ”

The company has also pledged to contribute to the expansion of the infrastructure of the capital’s bicycle lane network: it is planned to build a bike lane.

Realco paid close attention to improving infrastructure by developing other residential projects already completed in the capital. A few years ago, during the implementation of the “Linkmenų ežerai” project in Šnipiškės, the lake shore was cleared and the company cleared the park territory while developing the Ozo Park neighborhood.

The keys to the settlers of the Go Life project are expected to be delivered in 2022. In the III quarter.

The real estate development company Realco currently has the largest housing warehouse in Vilnius: almost 700 apartments. In the capital’s Markučiai district, Realco is developing the Prie Vilnelės project, has recently started the second phase of the 7 Evenings project in Pašilaičiai, and will soon start the prestigious Algirdo 3 housing project.
