Graduates hope to at least keep
Delfi’s team visited the Vilnius Vasilijus Kačialovas gym, where today some Lithuanian students took this exam.
“Probably for those who know mathematics better, this exam should have been less difficult, but it was not very easy for me. Anyway, of course, it was not that the tasks were very bad, compared to the Lithuanian language exam, I really felt better. Perhaps the most difficult part of this exam was because an explanation from that living teacher was simply missing, and with other things it was normal because you could prepare more independently, “said the graduate.
A couple of graduates who left a little later said they hope to earn at least 10 points to successfully pass the exam. The boys mentioned that they had to leave a lot of empty spaces next to the unsolved exam tasks.
“The exam was not more difficult compared to last year, but it is definitely not too easy.” “I might not be too worried myself, because I want to go to the army after school, and I kept it because I wanted to get a certificate of maturity,” said one of them.
Another graduate said that after this school year, he wants to rest for a year, work, and then perhaps go to serve as well. “Yes, I left many of those vacancies and left earlier, but what to sit there if you still don’t know how to deal with? I hope to score at least the minimum number of points, it will be as it will be.”
Those who did better in math at school were not willing to curse this year’s test and recalled that last year’s math make-up test had been more difficult. Grad Luke said he was preparing to study programming, so the subject of mathematics was not a problem for him at school. “Yes, I admit, I have always been good at math at school. The last assignments were perhaps more difficult on this exam, I had to leave blank spaces on the sheet,” he said.
However, during the examination, there were also those who suffered a panic attack. One girl said that, compared to other tests last week, this one psychologically crushed her. But he doesn’t plan to go anywhere at the end of the school year, so if he doesn’t succeed, he could try to pick up next year, and now he’s still struggling to recover.
Another high school graduate said she did not want to speak either because the exam tasks were difficult and the negative emotions had not yet subsided. A graduate who wanted to study psychology was also not satisfied with the knowledge he showed. “I needed math, I was more prepared for other tasks, and we had to solve a lot of geometry problems, I’m afraid I could have set foot.”
Expelled from the exam because he used the phone
A drunk graduate (1.96 graduation) left another car off the road while taking an English test. On the math exam that took place today, it seems that everyone gathered in a serious frame of mind, without misunderstandings, everything went perfectly.
Gintautas Dulskas, a public relations specialist with the National Education Agency (NSA), told Delfi that there had been no incidents during the state mathematics test. However, one student was expelled from the exam because he used a mobile phone.
Among the few minor and insignificant violations, the graduate’s observation: in the Žirmūnai gym, students were not admitted to the exam without masks, they were not informed about it. There is no legal requirement to wear masks. “The municipal education departments are responsible for organizing the work of the examination centers. It is natural for minor disagreements to occur, but otherwise everything was calm and orderly, “said G. Dulskas.
Various exam tasks:
2. In the spring, students at one school decided to participate in the “We Manage City Parks” campaign. There are 3 parks in the city and a day is planned for each park. In how many different ways can students create a park administration schedule if they need to be fixed during the first days of the week?
a) 6
b) 10
c) 20
d) 60
18. A training at the sports club costs 15 euros. There is a promotion in this sports club: every fifth training there is a 60% discount. Simas allocated 250 euros for the training. Calculate how much you can pay for this money during the training session more.
20. Jurgita manufactures and sells bracelets. The production cost (cost) of a bracelet is 20 euros. Initially, Jurgita sold bracelets for 38 euros and sold an average of 10 bracelets per month. He observed that each reduction in the sale price of x euros per month increases the sales of x bracelets on average; where 0 <= x <= 18.
20. 1 Suppose Jurgita reduces the sale price of the bracelet by x euros. Show that the monthly profit of the bracelets sold is calculated using the formula P (x) = -x² + 8x + 180.
20. 2 Determine with what value of x the profit P (x) for the bracelets sold will be the highest.
24. The company announced that it was looking for students to work in the summer. 3 times more boys than girls responded to your ad. If the company randomly selects two students from the respondents, the probability that it selects two girls is equal to 1/20. Count how many girls and how many men responded to the ad.
You can see the preliminary answers to the tasks in the photo gallery. Decided for the “Alpha Class” mathematics of the Academy of Additional Education:
