Business tensions opened the eyes of Kaunas residents: now they invite others to seek inner peace

But especially from the beginning. As R. Jančiauskas told the tv3.lt news portal, he started “doing business” at a young age, when he wasn’t teaching at business universities, people kept buying and selling something from Russia, and the times, laughing man, then it was really wild.

The first was that the auto business was doing very well, then the idea of selling computer parts came up. Unfortunately, I had to go bankrupt here, but Renald smiles: it was a great experience and bad things are useful too.

“When the company went bankrupt, one of the employees offered to expand the business, bring the Internet to high-rise buildings, and at that time there was a crisis, people were not paying well. Service providers were heading home to turn off the television. cable for free customers because there were no other ways to stop the service. In that context, I said that it is not worth starting, people are insolvent, abusive and disconnecting a service requires a lot of resources. everyone’s home would be like television, there was a clear perspective.

As it was completely “green”, the employee explained that we can disconnect from the Internet while sitting in front of the computer, there is no need to do anything physically. Then the doubts disappeared and I said, count and do. It has become a pretty decent business, “said the interlocutor.

Altered by health problems

However, no matter how well the business went, the health problems began: the man became so involved in the activities that he forgot himself and needed medication to fall asleep. Then I realized that the saying “all nervous diseases” is very accurate and it is time to change something.

“When I was doing those businesses, I was so absorbed, I got involved, I got tense because I wanted to go around a lot, see, control and do something new. I lost my inner peace, I could only fall asleep with sleeping pills. It’s good that I realized pretty quickly that I would get addicted and it wouldn’t end well. “

I had to turn to psychologists, but their help was not enough: the man realized that the problems are much deeper. Then came the book of a man with a similar destiny, who realized that there are two beginnings in man: earthly and spiritual, and an important balance between them.

“For me, the book was very noisy, I read all night, I didn’t go to work in the morning, I fell asleep. I read again the next daySerie). Little by little, the puzzle began to determine how the mind works. Of course, it is not until the end, but more or less the principles have begun to clarify how to be active and at the same time not lose internal balance and peace.

Helping to explore herself, the man compiled a list of twelve weaknesses that hindered personal growth.

“The main ones are anger and selfishness. It is not enough to understand, you need to understand it and confirm it with your behavior. The first step I took was to increase the salaries of all employees, regardless of their position, by 100 LTL. It is incredible, but the business started to grow from that moment on ”, smiles Renald.

When the need for more meaningful activities arose, Renald immersed himself in community activities: supporting orphanages, visiting childcare centers, helping youth organizations, starting school community strengthening, disability integration projects, participating in working groups of various ministries. and founding a book. editorial with a colleague.

“I got involved in social activities, supported two orphanages and several nurseries in Kaunas. We talked with the children, we played games, we went on trips, I shared our experiences. Finally, I realized that, in my case, financial support was the easiest way. Dedicating your time was a much bigger challenge. I have noticed that when giving charity, some people do not waste their time, others money, but sharing both is not easy ”.

Realizing that business was no longer a pleasure, the man decided to sell it, although it took a while to make that decision.

“It just came to our attention then. Perhaps for 3-4 years the circumstances did not change, and then, in a year, both businesses were sold,” recalls R. Jančiauskas.

It all started with a vacation

Of course, like many others, R. Jančiauskas did not ignore India, where he was a frequent guest, in his search for spiritual peace. But the more he traveled, the more he visited the ashrams, the more refined was the idea that the force was in its own land.

“It just came to our knowledge then. We wanted to have something on the road, to be in nature, we searched and found a very beautiful place without rushing, with beautiful views, great space. For the first time, when I got out of the car, I said here it was. my land (Serie). And I was surprised. I had to wait a few days for that plot to sell at a reasonable price. But I bought it for the family, for my whole life, and when I began to visit there, to be, we began to feel strange, in a state, we had thoughts “, recalls the interlocutor.

The idea of ”Dijūta kalnalis” was not born by accident, but, as Renaldas himself says, it was dictated by time. Having organized the Race Festival for the first time, which was visited by many people, the man realized that this place was for those seeking inner peace.

“Although I was not involved in ethnoculture, but I started organizing a celebration and it happened, there were quite a few people. I thought it was too luxury to have such a plot for one vacation a year. For years it was not clear what to do. Clarity came that summer when I sold businesses to start yurts – it’s faster and cheaper than building. Three months after the idea, there were already large combined yurts, a person appeared who wanted to lead practices and that is how the activity began ”, recalls R. Jančiauskas with a smile at the beginning of the activity.

Now here is a modern Solar Room, cabins with all the comforts. Individuals or groups visit here. Some find peace here, others find answers and solutions, engage in spiritual practices. There is also an annual festival of runs, equinoxes, and winter solstice.

“Dijūta Kalnalis” is a symbol of balance, unity between Earth and Heaven. Dijuta symbolizes the Celestial Being and the Mountain symbolizes the Earthly Being. Humans are the connection between these two beginnings and the detour to one side or the other is not good, you have to maintain balance. Only by finding a balance can we find happiness, because we will not achieve anything if we go to extremes ”, said the interlocutor.

Inner peace is the key to a good relationship

R. Jančiauskas especially emphasizes the importance of connection with his roots, natural culture, because only by landing can he live in a stable way in harmony with himself.

“The virtue, strength, wisdom and generosity cherished by our ancestors for millennia have not disappeared, but are interwoven in dances, songs, folk costumes, bands: these are barcodes that send a message to our depths and they help to remember the spiritual nature, raise awareness, by touching the natural culture, we just let it in.

Language is the source of our lives that allowed our nation to survive, undisturbed in difficult times. Scientists have been studying our language as endangered, it seemed like it would soon disappear, but there would still be one man in the nation who, like Philip, would melt off cannabis and save the language. Our language is very alive, the sound of our words supports us, refreshes us, does not allow civilization to overwhelm us ”.

Now R. Jančiauskas encourages others to know themselves, not to forget their roots; for him, the discovery of the balance of spiritual and earthly beginnings illuminated life in different colors.

“If you cultivate sincerity, gratitude, acceptance, integrity, and other values, you will gradually become someone else. If anger, jealousy, pride, selfishness prevail, they get stuck in animalism. As the virtues grow, the weaknesses dissolve. Then the mind calms down, the heart opens, there is more inner peace, joy in relationship, in life. You are simply a happier person, little things and life bring more satisfaction, you do not need artificial incentives to be in a better state. This does not mean that the spiritual path is anointed only with fragrant honey. Definitely not. There are many challenges ahead, because selfishness is a first-rate professional, “said the interlocutor.

The man laughs that the prevailing stereotype is that a person who has started the spiritual path “floats” and lives as in another reality. As he says himself, there are reasons to think this way, because he himself had to meet many spiritual seekers who are flying in the shadows due to lack of grounding.

However, Renald claims that real life is not disappearing, rather, the relationship with the challenges and the surrounding environment is changing, and one should not run away from life by engaging in spiritual practice.

“The best practice is life, but with additional efforts we can live a better quality, because it is easier to separate the real, what complements, inspires, from poses, masks, what you want and what you wear out. There is more clarity, wisdom and determination in decisions, we react calmly to acute life situations, we accept the shortcomings of others.

One of the pillars is the relationship with people. Sincere, simple and open communication builds trust, leads to unity and brings great joy to life. “
