A crucial meeting of NBA executives and club owners will take place on Thursday, at which the decision to resume the season must be made.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will offer team owners a proposal to extend the priority to 22 teams.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski says the meeting will begin at 7 p.m. 30 minutes. Lithuanian weather and team owners should support such a proposal. Wojnarowski adds that this vote will be only a formality.
“The NBA is back,” Wojnarowski posted on his Twitter account.
The first game at the Walt Disney theme park will be played on July 31. The last possible end date for the season is October 12.
The Walt Disney theme park will feature 16 teams that will enter the regular playoffs and other clubs that still hope to advance to the top eight in the Eastern or Western Conference.
ESPN previously announced that the remaining six seats should go to the Washington Wizards, Phoenix Suns, Sacramento Kings, San Antonio Spurs, New Orleans Pelicans, and Portland Trail Blazers.
Charania adds that eighth place in the standings will lead to an additional tournament, but subject to certain conditions. If the team in eighth place breaks with more than 4 wins, it will maintain its position.
However, if this distance is less than 4 wins, the eighth and ninth place teams will be in last place in the playoffs. It is true that the ninth place team will have to win two games, while the eighth place club will have only one.
Under the current situation in the Eastern Conference, the Orlando Magic team’s eighth place is ahead of 5.5 wins at the Washington Wizards.

– Guests, as family members, will only be able to visit basketball players at the beginning of the playoffs.
