After presenting a song “Thank you, doctor” created especially for doctors on a television project last Saturday, a man known today presents a studio version of the song, which he recorded with his son Adu.
“Currently, we can breathe a little in Lithuania and it seems that this invisible enemy, called the virus, is under control. Throughout this period we were guarded by guardian angels, doctors. They fight for our lives every day, in difficult conditions. The smallest what I can do as an interpreter is to thank you for the song, ”says V. Bareikis with sincere thanks.
The duo, born alongside their son Adu on a television project, seems to surprise their fans with more than one joint piece. According to Vido’s son, working with his father on new creations is a very fun experience.
“For me and my dad, it is a lot of fun recording songs, creating them and, of course, filming them. It is not only a pleasant job, but also our common entertainment,” says Adas.
In the last sensitive ballad “Thank you, Doctor,” the family duo was very sensitive to the difficult part of the doctors, when they stand on the front line every day, fighting all of us, the enemy who caught us unexpectedly: the coronavirus.
“We probably won’t realize soon what the world and Lithuania are currently experiencing. It will become not only a part of the history of all of us, but also a great lesson as you begin to appreciate things that used to seem so ordinary. and mundane. I’m glad that the public attitude towards doctors has changed, we have begun to appreciate them much more and see them as a hero of these times, “says singer Vidas.
