Avia Solutions Group will develop a coexistence project near Vilnius airport

Vilma Vaitiekūnaitė, communications director of Avia Solutions Group, says that this will be a space for all the employees and guests of AeroCity, its subsidiaries.

“The objective is to concentrate all the services that we provide through our subsidiaries, here in Lithuania, (…) many times those who have come from other countries are foreigners as well. Some people come for a week or two, others may come for a year or more, then that living contingent (project – BNS) will be basically employees, ”V. Vaitiekūnaitė told BNS.

It did not disclose the investment in the project. According to the group representative, construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year and be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

Project proposals prepared by the 2 Bricks company on behalf of DG21 indicate that it is planned to build 21.2 thousand tons at the intersection of B. Karvelio Street and the Eišiškės Highway. kv. meters of total area of ​​a six-story building with 600 rooms. On the ground floor there will be commercial and commercial premises, next to the building, a parking lot for 220 cars.

Around the Eišiškės highway, on Dariaus and Girėno streets, DG21 is developing the AeroCity district, where there will be more than 50 thousand. square meters of office, hotel and apartment complex for staff. The headquarters of the group is already here, the construction of the second part of the same will be completed in the third quarter of this year, at the same time that it is planned to complete the reconstruction of the Loop Hotel.

It has been announced that in 2025 more than 8 thousand people will work and live here. professionals at the service of a team around the world.

In addition, DG21, which invests in real estate projects, acquired last year the companies that manage the Vilnius Siemens and Panevėžys Cido sands, as well as the banknote distribution company Tiketa.

In February, G. Žiemelis declared that the reconstruction of the old Siemens stadium, renamed the Avia Solutions Group stadium, could cost about 10 million. euros.
