Jet MS, an international commercial and regional aircraft repair and access service provider operated by Avia Solutions Group (ASG), has acquired the UK-based RAS Group, consisting of RAS Completions Limited and RAS Interiors Limited.
1996 RAS Group, which began operations in 2006, operates out of London’s Biggin Hill Airport, the world’s leading international commercial aviation hub. RAS Group provides aircraft interior, exterior and assembly services, specializing in private and commercial aircraft interior repair, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance.
According to the ASG report, the acquisition of Jet MS in the market will be confirmed as a one-stop shop and will allow to expand the range of services.
Last December, FL Technics, an aircraft maintenance company owned by ASG, acquired a portion of the maintenance station network from SR Technics in the UK and Wright International, an aircraft maintenance service provider in Canada.
