Corrupt birthday

The abusive husband said that he and his wife RP, his brother and his ex-wife had visited Pabo Latino’s club that night to celebrate his birthday. After ordering cocktails, he was standing on the second floor, on the balcony terrace, the women were talking to each other, he was standing with his wife’s brother.

The women were approached by two men: V. Sergejev and a tall guy, said something to them and turned around. The men also came and said they were their wives here, to which the defendant replied that “it was not written on the forehead.”

Then Sergeiev’s friend slapped him on the eyebrow and tore him apart, then, together with the defendant, they began to push him onto the balcony and threw him down the handrails of the stairs. Then his wife’s brother also attacked. Backing up and getting up, the MP ran to help him.

Runaway was hit, fell, and then was hit. Maybe there were 6 attackers, but only two were hit: the accused and the tall guy, he was very aggressive, he said he would kill them all. His wife grabbed that tall guy by the shirt and ripped it off, then hit his wife on the nose.

People began to separate them from other tables, helped him up, gave them napkins to clean. The handcuffs ran blood down his nose, his eyebrows split. Protection of the more aggressive type was simply extended.

Sergeiyev tried to break into them, but the guard pulled him out and another part of the attackers’ company came out. Before the attackers were eliminated, he managed to take pictures of the two people who attacked him by phone. It was later revealed that the guards had released the attackers. They had the impression that someone from that company knew a security guard because the security guards did not offer any help.

They called the police themselves. Arriving officers provided minimal assistance, called an ambulance. He was face to face with the defendant at the time of the incident and was immediately recognizable to the eye, by his height, during the pre-trial investigation.

Now the defendant changed, lost weight, changed his hairstyle, but the height is the same, he recognizes the defendant out of sight. Also recognize the second attacker. He was completely incapacitated for about a month after the incident.

The man specified that V. Sergeyev had helped the tall guy off the stairs, and when he returned to the terrace, the defendant kicked and hit him. The defendant and the tall guy hit him lying down 5-6.

The woman injured in the incident said that while she was standing on the balcony with her friend, the guy who approached them mockingly said “you are standing like candles, let’s dance.” They replied that they had come with their husbands. When her husband approached the boy, she told him that she was his wife, to which he replied that it was not written on his forehead and left.

Soon she heard muffled sounds, turned around, and saw a “meat grinder” throwing her husband off the second-floor balcony. The woman found it strange that he did not shut up under these circumstances. The man somehow got to his feet and came back, then a tall guy attacked him. She rushed to defend her husband and tore off the fallen boy’s shirt, then received this blow to the face.

She shed blood, fell, and was kicked in various parts of her body. The people who intervened seated her and her husband at their table, gave them napkins and ice cream. Another head of security came, something said sarcastically. They themselves called the police. When the guard arrested that tall guy, he still threatened to find her and negotiate.

In total, the attackers were maybe 5-6. Violence was used against her, her husband and her brother. The woman also saw that even before throwing her husband off the balcony, Sergeyev threw a glass of beer at her husband’s face.
