Recommendations are based on August 26. by decision of the Head of Operations of the State of Emergency of the State, which stipulates that the event organizers who register the spectators (participants) electronically must collect the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, residence information (street, house number, apartment number, city, municipality, country).

This data should be collected directly from the data subject and processed only for the purpose of implementing measures for the prevention and control of COVID-19 (coronavirus infection). Data must be stored for a maximum of 21 days after the event and immediately destroyed. At the request of the National Public Health Center, for epidemiological diagnosis purposes, these data must be delivered to the Center within a maximum period of two business days.

The recommendations approved by the Minister of Culture establish that the method and form of electronic registration is chosen by the organizer of the event, evaluating the convenience and coverage of the specific event. Electronic registration can be done using, for example, a mobile app, pre-registration by email specified by the event organizer, online pre-registration on the website specified by the event organizer or other electronic access point, the electronic registration before entering the event (at the event), the registration for the event organizer with the help of support people during the event, who collect the data of the spectators and / or participants of the event electronically, as well as in other similar ways.

Government decision on the electronic registration of spectators (participants) of the event as of September 1. It will allow limiting the number of spectators (participants) of events organized in open and closed spaces, but at the same time it will help to take care of the management of the coronavirus. If the organizers cannot register, no more than 300 spectators are allowed to attend the event.
