Antanas Juknevičius presents the orange “beast” of the Dakar

You can watch the live broadcast here:

It is a two-story caravan driven by both bridges. Therefore, you must ensure maximum mobility and safety for Antanas and Darius at the Dakar Rally, which starts in Saudi Arabia on January 3.

The caravan will also be very useful in the new conditions of COVID-19. Because all participants will have to live in a closed “bubble”. So you will not be able to leave the bivouac towards the hotel. Since the temperature in the desert at night drops to zero and it can even snow, such a decision by Antanas and the KREDA team is very rational. Last year, Vaidotas Žala also had a caravan in Saudi Arabia, and Benedict Vanag sleeps in a huge black van with the necessary amenities.

What makes Antanas Juknevičius a special motorhome

The caravan is really big, it has two floors. The first will be inhabited by Darío and the superior by King Antanas.

This orange beast is cleverly electrified. The solar power plant installed by partner Solitek generates 2 kWh on the roof, as well as accumulators. According to Antanas, a 10 kWh lithium-ion battery makes it virtually independent from the outside world.

The 400 l fuel tank allows you to drive 2000 km.
