The municipal administration has announced an international contract for architectural design services for the ice rink on Jotvingių Street. The contracting of services for the preparation of a construction project for a sports building, the receipt of a construction permit, the development of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the supervision of the execution of a building project is carried out through an open tender.
Jotvingių st. The winner of the first ice rink design competition will have to prepare a technical construction project, parts of the site layout of the construction site, architecture, structures, interior, create a BIM and obtain a building permit.
“The winner of the open international competition must provide their services within 270 business days. The contracting conditions also provide for the extension of the contract for the provision of services for the preparation of parts of the technical project and / or work project. It is planned that the deadline be extended to 120 working days.
