Project proposals have been submitted to the municipality of the capital, according to which it is desired to build an automated complex of various services in Tarandė. The buildings will be able to carry out activities such as reception or issuance of goods, used as service or production workshops, such as exhibition facilities, provision of services (sports / massage studio, appliance repair, dog grooming, bicycle / scooter repair, photographic studio, etc.) or as a creative workshop. It is planned to install 51 semi-detached rooms.

“There are three groups of buildings in the territory, consisting of simple terraced buildings of up to 80 m2. The buildings will be in different areas with separate entrances. A gate with windows and doors will be installed on the main façade to allow flexible adaptation of the premises to various activities. All the premises will be equipped with electrical networks (electricity, water, sewerage, alarm). The service providers will equip the premises according to their needs (finishes, engineering equipment, etc.) according to the nature of the planned activity. There is a parking space for each building ”, state the project proposals.
