An advisory board of independent experts proposes to start vaccinating people aged 70 and over

The Advisory Council recommends:

1. Initiate vaccination of the following people at increased risk of death from COVID-19:

1.1. 70 m. and elderly;

1.2. people with autoimmune, oncological diseases receiving chemotherapy, immunosuppression, immunomodulatory treatment (including target), radiation therapy, people with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency; Recommend that it be presented to Lithuanian cancer chemotherapists, the Lithuanian Association of Hematologists and the Lithuanian Association of Rheumatologists for the preparation of harmonized vaccination guidelines.

2. Achieve a capacity of at least 7,000 doses of vaccine per day in the near future.

Vaccination process:

1. SE Registry Center / Cooperation Infrastructure for Electronic Health Services:

simplify the registration of vaccines and tests on an urgent basis;

1.2. establish a registration system for people to be vaccinated.

2. Two weeks after the second dose of vaccination, the Government, the Ministry of Social Security and Labor and the Department of Statistics of Lithuania will carry out a vaccination / immunity audit of the personal health care institutions (ASPI), the nursing and care institutions in the state data management information system.

U.S:

1. Approve and publish the “Opinion of the Council of Independent Experts of the Republic of Lithuania on the Clinical Evaluation and Testing of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG Antibodies and the Interval between the First and Second Dose of Pfizer / BioNtech Comirnaty”.

2. In principle, it is compatible with COVID-19 safe. [RR1] ASPI, the concept of nursing and care facilities and propose to the Ministry of Health to prepare a suitable solution for the operations manager.

The Advisory Council is tasked with considering and presenting to the Government proposals for the application and implementation of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and other management measures for the COVID-19 disease epidemic (coronavirus infection). The head of the Advisory Board will be elected on a rotating basis by the members of this Board.
