According to data from real estate services company Ober-Haus, in March 2021, 867 newly built apartments in already built and under construction apartment buildings were purchased and reserved directly from developers in Vilnius. According to Inreal, 902 new apartments were sold in Vilnius.

“And this record will probably also be broken, because one of Vilkpėdė’s projects, which is selling on a closed website, is not included in the March statistics. More than 100 deals are likely to be included in the statistics for the next few months, when the sale of apartments will begin publicly ”, predicts Tomas Sovijus Kvainickas, Head of Investment and Analysis of Inreal Group.

At that time, Eika estimates that 1,025 apartments were sold in March and 2,664 apartments during the quarter.
