From Monday, milder isolation conditions will apply to those arriving from the United Arab Emirates, Aruba, Panama and Seychelles, and more stringent from Saint Lucia.

All persons must register on the website of the National Public Health Center (NVSC) before arriving in Lithuania (https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/lt/form), completing the electronic questionnaire and sending the correct data, and sending the confirmation received (QR code) to the carrier before getting into the vehicle or, if you travel in your own vehicle, you must register before the border crossing of the Republic of Lithuania and send completed electronic questionnaire (QR code) to NVSC specialists or other officials at a border checkpoint or passenger checkpoint

If a foreigner does not have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection, they will be able to shorten the isolation period by performing a PCR test for COVID-19 no earlier than the seventh day after arrival and receiving a negative result. However, even if the isolation period is shortened to 14 days after arrival, it is necessary to limit the number of people in contact, work alone, go to work and home, wear a face shield, maintain a safe distance and take other general coronavirus prevention measures.

Another amendment has been relevant since Monday for third-country nationals who come to Lithuania to perform job functions with the permission of one of the ministries. During isolation, these people will be able to travel to a necessary place to work or do business if they come from countries with more lenient isolation conditions.

The list of affected countries is published every Friday, takes effect on Monday, and is valid for one week.
