Refused to carry

The roommate suddenly threw her to the ground, climbed on top of her and began to strangle her with her hands. She was in pain, trying to escape. The violence lasted about 5 minutes.
A neighbor started yelling at Simon R. to let go of her, then he got off her and ran away somewhere. The same neighbor called the police.
I heard a scream
Neighbors who witnessed the incident testified in court. One woman said that while she was in the apartment, she heard a woman screaming under her windows.
When he opened the window, he saw a woman lying on the floor and a man on top of her. He saw a man strangle a woman with his hands. The woman resisted, argued, screamed.
The neighbor exclaimed, “What are you doing?” Then the woman asked to call the police officers. I knew from the voice that she was a neighbor of the EP, and she was more insightful and recognizable.
He called 112 and asked for help. Then it came out.
Another neighbor was indifferent to the violence the woman was experiencing. He was also home that night and heard someone moaning outside under the windows.
