Fought against being overweight
Agnė says that as long as she remembered herself, she kept trying to shed the unnecessary pounds. A decade ago, he developed thyroid problems that caused his weight to start growing even faster.
“But he didn’t take care of me as much at that time as I do now,” said the interlocutor openly, adding that the weight loss reminds of the roller coaster:
“After the baby was born, almost 5 years ago, I started to lose weight and managed to get back to what it was before the pregnancy. But after losing, I relaxed and came back … For almost two years, I went down the roller coaster, went down, won. “
Agnė shares that before the cardinal changes he ate everything, especially he loved sweets, which he did not resist every day.
“Other unhealthy foods also prevailed, the outings to eat in cafes ended with really unhealthy foods. At that time I was not actively exercising, attending Zumba workouts a couple of times a week and so on.
When I decided to change everything, my weight was almost 75 pounds. I was already overweight for my height (167 centimeters), ”says Rokiškis.
Has taken cardinal changes
Still, he no longer wanted this way of life to continue, so he decided to make a change.
“There was a turning point in my life when I realized that I no longer liked the appearance or the interior, I felt sitting, doing nothing, just floating down the river. And living like this is definitely not my way. I didn’t love myself, I felt “gray”, I wanted to differentiate myself from others, to do something for myself.
I also realized that I was only 28 at the time, so why do I have to look and feel like an older, unsupervised woman at such a young age? While we are young, we have to look and feel like this ”, Agnė has no doubts.
First, she signed up for the gym and ordered a special diet plan for herself:
“I started practicing active sports, first 4-5, then 6 times a week for an hour and a half, two hours. But the most important thing to lose weight is to get the diet in order, because what if we dig into the gym and Do we eat anything? Nutrition is at the center of everything. “
We have lost weight in just over a year
Therefore, step by step, Agnė advanced and in one year and three months she reached the ideal weight for her: 60 kilograms. She says that to many it may seem like a long time, but the interlocutor did not want to rush things because she knew that the kilos would be lost quickly, she would return soon.
“I enjoyed that path, I did not focus on the goal, so I made it. During the year, there were all kinds of thoughts, rest in the summer, when I allowed myself to relax, so much that I did not give up sports and became actively involved in them.
I didn’t want to let my hands fall, because after losing more and more kilos, I saw how beautiful the body changed, how good it is to be able to buy whatever you want in the store and know that it will look good on you. I jumped from size 44 to 34-36 ”, the woman smiles.
There have been many changes
She says that after losing weight, seeing an increasingly pleasant image of herself in the mirror has greatly changed her emotional well-being:
“I felt much better, as if I was walking my way, all that lack of love for myself, for my body, the feeling of swimming downstream was gone. They noticed me more and more and I no longer had a ‘gray’ personality, which gave me even more determination to pursue my goals and dreams. “
Agnė also became physically stronger:
“I used to be able to bend over and recover due to back pain, now I no longer have these problems. I have gotten stronger and over time it has become the way of life I have lived to this day. “
During the personal changes, the Rokiškis also discovered their vocation: helping other women who want to have a healthier life. He began to share his achievements on the social network and received more and more questions: how did he do it, what did he do, etc.
Finally, Agnė decided to complete various types of nutritionist courses and is now helping women who are achieving their goal.
“After gaining general experience, I began to make nutrition plans for women who do not exhaust their bodies, get a variety of foods and at the same time lose kilos,” says the interlocutor.
Has a new goal
Since the beginning of this year, Agnė started a new journey, as she allowed herself to relax for a while and gained a few kilograms. But she says her goal now is not to hit a specific number of pounds on the scale, but to enjoy the mirror image.
“From September to December, I deliberately wanted to build muscle, ate a lot of healthy food and played active sports in the gym. By my 40s, they had grown 5 kilograms. But in December, I always allow myself to relax because it is my birthday month and party most beautiful of the year.
Thanks to that relaxation, I gained another 3 kilograms, but I am not at all sad and nervous, because I have already returned to my rhythm and regime, I will go back to the path of healthy eating and sports, and in the summer I will meet and you will be satisfied again.
How can I know? Because I really want it, and if I want to, I’ll get it. I am a person who tends to pursue a goal and not just want it, ”Agnė says confidently.

“Every night I try to sleep at least 7 hours a day, like 4 times a day regularly, I do not bite between meals with unnecessary food. I try to eat as healthy as possible, I choose products with the least amount of sugar possible, I read the labels, like many fresh vegetables, I try to drink as much water as possible.
I also try to cook and serve the food in a way that is delicious and “for the eyes”, I drink the necessary vitamins, I currently exercise at home 4-5 times a week, I do not drink alcohol sometimes, I do not eat 3 hours before going to bed .
My diet is balanced, I don’t eliminate carbohydrates, because the body needs to obtain all the necessary nutrients, ”says Agnė.
