A powerful finish was not enough: D.Rapšys finished second in the ISL Sports competition

On Saturday, the Lithuanian, representing the Energy Standard team, sailed in the 200m freestyle and took second place.

Although the Lithuanian finished strong, he still lost to Brazilian Fernando Scheffer.

In 2018, D. Rapšys won silver in this competition at the World Championship.

Dan added 7 credit points to the Energy Standard team savings account:

On Saturday, Dan also started in the mixed 4×100 freestyle relay race. He finished fifth with his team and obtained 8 points.

Another Energy Standard team, represented by Simon Bill, did better in this relay. The Lithuanian, who sailed with Chad Le Clos, Siobhan Hayghey and Sarah Sjostrom, finished first and received 18 points.

The third Lithuanian, Andrius Šidlauskas, also belongs to the Energy Standard team.

Four teams will compete at the ISL on Saturday: LA Current (LAC), Cali Condors (CAC), Energy Standard (ENS) and New York Breakers (NYB).
