Belmont stallion near Vilnius for 1.97 million. Eur is seeking to acquire Saulės Agra, a Vilnius registered agricultural product trading company run by Ramūnas Tubelis, a farmer from the Kupiškis district.

According to data from the Property Registry, last Monday the farm’s purchase agreement was registered.
Saulės Agra’s sole shareholder and its manager R. Tubelis told BNS that the settlement of the purchase has not yet been completed, so it stated that it would comment on its plans in writing and only after the transaction was completed.
R. Tubelis VŽ states that after the cosmetic renovations, it is planned to resume livestock activities from January. Subsequently, the complex will be rebuilt.
“We will give clients the opportunity to move into the newly built complex after reconstruction. The goal is to make a modern and clean urban stable to attract more than just horse lovers. We plan to demolish all the old stables and build a new complex connected to the racetrack, ”he says.
According to R. Tubelis, a sports complex, a spa, recreation apartments and a restaurant are planned near the stud farm.
He did not reveal how much he planned to invest in the project.
