TR-C 19 was developed by VSY Biotechnology in collaboration with the Istanbul University of Medical Sciences.
According to the president of the university Cevdet Erdöl, the implementation of the project has reached the stage of clinical trials. “Our work, supported by the Ministry of Health, has led to the development of TR-C 19, which neutralizes the coronavirus in laboratory conditions. “We are now ready to test it with volunteers diagnosed with Covid-19,” he said.
