The first Tech Spa in Lithuania to expand the network

In accordance with the concept of community empowerment, the new Tech Spa coexistence and co-working space is being created in the center of Druskininkai. The project at the resort will be limited to members of the Tech Zity community. In 1000 square meters. meter. Tech Zity promises to invest 860 thousand in the renovation of the building. euros.

It will be equipped with hotel-style rooms with capacity for 52 guests. During the summer, community members will enjoy the oversized patio and spacious rooftop deck with restaurant and movie screenings. As in other Tech Zity spaces, the walls of the building will be decorated with works by Lithuanian artists, giving the space a sense of originality and community. It will also cooperate with local Druskininkai entrepreneurs to integrate services and offer special offers to members so they can rediscover this resort and stay longer, as the new workspace will provide an opportunity to relax while not losing productivity.

With the gradual development of Tech Zity’s infrastructure, the first thing to think about was its appeal to start-ups and young professionals, so the spaces have an innovative and modern atmosphere.

According to D. Žakaitis, the Letsinvest financial partners were chosen according to a similar principle. The Lithuanian equity co-investment platform established in 2020 operates in accordance with the Law on Concentrated Financing of the Republic of Lithuania and is supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. The Letsinvest platform, ambitious for international development, has all the necessary infrastructure to fully manage the investment process. Representatives of companies that see mutual benefits hope that this joint project will strengthen the Lithuanian community of start-ups and encourage other young companies to cooperate.

Those who want to invest in the Tech Spa project are offered 7%. annual interest paid quarterly.
