At approximately 4 pm, a special service was sent to Vilnius Akropolis; Here, on this Renault passerby, he saw a two-year-old boy crash into a child seat. Passers-by thought that the boy had already passed out from the heat. A box was left somewhat open, so people were able to open the car door without the help of rescuers. The boy was sleeping in a hot car. The irresponsible mother received reproaches not only from officials and doctors: she also received rumors from passers-by.

The search for the mother took time, witnesses say the mother walked around the Acropolis with an older child. She herself claimed that she had left the boy alone for a short time, walked to the ATM, but somehow forgot it and took longer.

Acropolis representatives said in the report that the abandoned child was immediately reported on the supermarket radio channel. The mother, who will soon be introduced, released the boy from the car and, after an initial examination by ambulance specialists, it was discovered that the boy had not been injured.

The representatives of the shopping center ensure that the maximum attention is currently paid to guarantee the safety of visitors, and they ask their customers to behave in a responsible manner. A young child should not be left in a closed car, even for a short time, especially on a hot day. The temperature inside the car increases extremely fast, it can be dangerous not only for the child’s health, but also for life. We urge parents not to be afraid to go to the supermarket with young children.

Maximum safety requirements are met throughout the Acropolis, and there are children’s playgrounds both outdoors and inside the mall.

Police will not initiate an investigation into this incident. The driver was not transported to the police station, he was released. But the woman will be reported to the Children’s Rights Protection Service, authorities say.
