The Istanbul Fenerbahce team announced that they had found a trade for Željko Obradovich. The Turkish club has confirmed that it has signed a contract with another Serbian, Igor Kokoškov.

Fines are being issued this season

The contract with the 48-year-old strategist is for 3 years.

Former European NBA head coach Kokokoov will make his Euroleague debut, having spent most of his career in the United States.

Kokshkov worked as an assistant coach for the Sacramento Kings last season. He has worked at various NBA clubs since 2000, when he became the first United States-born assistant coach at the Los Angeles Clippers.

In 2018, Cocoshkov became the head coach of the Phoenix Suns team, and it was the first time that the helm of an NBA team had been entrusted to a non-American.

In 2017 Kokoškov became the European champion with the Slovenian men’s basketball team.
