According to her, there is still no data on how many contacts the infected family had. They returned from the United States on June 24, and investigations at the mobile point were conducted on June 26.
“They returned on June 24, flew to Vilnius airport, continued their transportation to the place where they were assigned self-isolation. They went to the mobile station, had tests done and on June 26 they already felt bad, felt symptoms. But they are still being treated at home, “said an NVSC spokeswoman.
According to her, among the new cases confirmed on Saturday are also the husband of a previously infected employee of the Vilna Republican Psychiatric Hospital and a person who had contact with a person who worked in the Santara clinics.
At the time, D. Razmuvienė said that he could not provide further information about the case in Kėdainiai.
The health ministry said Saturday that five new cases of coronavirus had been confirmed last day, bringing the total to 1813.
78 people died of coronavirus, and another ten people who died of coronavirus died of other causes.
As of June 1, 24 import cases had been registered in Lithuania.
