Latvis, although some developers have slowed the development of new projects due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the market has doubts about possible fluctuations in real estate prices, Baltic Asset Management has not stopped investments and considers that they are rationally weighted. “Naujamiestis has its own people who choose it, and they rarely change the district after choosing it. Furthermore, more diverse projects are lacking: new construction near the Vilnius city center is generally aimed at higher-income residents, there is a lack of more affordable quality housing and we have something to offer, ”says the head of Baltic Asset Management.
