To answer the survey question, Klaipeda residents had to identify their identity through the website of the e-government portal. Almost all survey participants expressed their opinion in this electronic and written form, only one resident expressed an opinion. According to the description of the population survey procedure, the survey results are advisory in nature.

The aim of this survey is to find out where Klaipeda residents stand for the future with regard to the lighthouse, which turns 225 this year.
