Jonas Karosas, head of the shares of Čili, a company with a debt of 1 million euros, which manages the restaurant chain Čili pica in Latvia, assured that the judicial decision will not have consequences for the entire group or business in Lithuania. According to him, operations in Latvia will continue, but it is planned to do so as a franchise.

Tiamo Grupa owns more than 20 public catering establishments in Latvia, was registered in 2003 and has a fixed capital of 142,268 euros. 2018 Tiamo grupa had a turnover of EUR 7,918 million and a profit of EUR 364,051. The company has yet to present its 2019 data.
