Although sports are a big part of life, for Dovile from Vilnius it is just a way to spend free time, because the girl is building her own business and has an electronic store.
The girl says that she has dreamed of running her own business since she was a child and that she didn’t really love sports right away.

Encouraged by a friend
Dovilė admits that she has not played sports since childhood: “In 12th grade, there was a period where I played sports for several months, but I was never a sports maniac. In fact, I even skipped out of PE lessons.
Sport came into my life during my studies, but even then I only played sports at certain stages. I played sports for a few months, then my motivation disappeared and things like that. I started doing sports more seriously when I met my boyfriend, more precisely when I saw him participate in the competition. Since then, for a couple of years, I have been practicing sports in a disciplined way ”.
Always loved active activities
The interlocutor says that she did not know when she fell in love with sports, but she was always active and loved active activities.
“When I worked hard, mentally, I always lacked that active activity. So, for me, sports were an activity that simply allowed me to relax, unwind, and get away from worries.
As I mentioned, I came up with a guy inspired by this sport. After my competition, he started talking to me to try it, so I thought that maybe I would like it, because I always enjoyed sport, I liked working with weights ”, says the interlocutor at the beginning.
Deauville’s friend has always said that a girl has good data and sees a lot of potential in it. However, the current champion then had doubts, the girl did not know if she could enjoy the sport in this way.
“But little by little, that thought came to my mind more and more, and the boy planned to keep racing, so I thought it would be a lot of fun to have a common interest, and I was encouraged by the idea of having someone along the same path. This is how the idea of participating in the contest was born, ”says Dovilė.
Strict schedule
On the day of the athlete, everything revolves around sports. The morning begins with a gym, posing with workouts.
There should be five meals a day, so Deauville knows what time he has to eat all the time: “In fact, thoughts keep turning to the competition, even I have set alarms on my phone that remind me to eat . Although in fact the body itself is used to such a regimen.
The training lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. Of course, this includes stretching exercises, massage. Also, my morning always starts by sending a video to the coach. Observe how the physical form changes, advise what should be adjusted in a diet or an exercise program. So, in fact, the first thought when I get up is this: “I have to send my forms to the coach.”
Deauville does not hide that he is able to name more easily what he can eat than what he cannot. According to the interlocutor, nutrition is the basis of sport: “When we prepare for a competition, we have a nutrition plan that must be followed very strictly, because basically nutrition is the basis. In fact, I can’t eat more than the plan says. “
The couple must always weigh their food, but say that life would no longer be imagined.
“Sometimes when the trainer checks the molds, he lets him have pizza or hamburgers, but sweets are still not possible. During the entire preparation period, it is strictly impossible to consume sugar, only on the same day of the competition, before going on stage, you can eat buns, croissants and the like ”, says the girl about the diet.
Lithuanian Champion
The athlete won the first place in the Lithuanian championship and the second in the European championship. She herself says that victories motivate the best.
“I would say that these victories gave me a lot of motivation. They were very unexpected for me, I went on stage with the idea that I go up not to compete, but to enjoy, because I had already given a lot of myself “, says Dovilė.
While the achievements are inspiring, the girl admits that just getting off the stage is in a rush to see the videos: “The first thing I want to do to win is watch the video and see what I did wrong. That self-analysis doesn’t go away after you win. Of course, as I said, the feeling of victory is very fun and there is always more motivation when you win than when you lose ”.
