In the case of a rampant coronavirus, it is important for everyone to strengthen the body’s resistance. What natural ways help to do this?

Everyone went crazy for bear garlic. Unfortunately, our immune system does not harden or accumulate the necessary active ingredients for a long time. We need to strengthen him and retrain him every day. So get ready for 365 days of active communication with your body. Yes the garlic is 365 true spring garlic heads a year!

Eat a small head of garlic, peeled and rubbed through a strainer, every day. You can mash with a teaspoon of butter and spread on rye bread. If frozen snails, tasty, wild carrots, burdock roots – 365 ice cream from them mashed puree. Leave enough room to store frozen vegetable purees in the freezer and you’ll enjoy strong immunity all year long.

Maybe you will give some magic recipe?

The fruit of thorns strengthens immunity in particular. Harvested from late August until frost. You can try such a recipe. You will need 500 g of hawthorn fruits and 100 ml of mineral water. We put the fruit in a mincer and chop very well. We pour into bags or molds to make ice cream. We write the label. Freeze in the freezer.

We put the ice cream in a metal mesh (teaspoon) to make tea and boil it in a glass with hot water. The mesh protects against seminal hairs that can irritate the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. The thorn fruit is very useful, for example, it is enough to eat a few to obtain the daily amount of vitamin C. And the tannins, which are rich in them, help to eliminate viruses and bacteria from the body.

With COVID-19, many suffer from fatigue, lack of strength, headaches, and muscle aches. What herbs, infusions would help?

Researchers have already discovered that these residual signs of the disease are caused by qualitative changes in red blood cells (erythrocytes). Red blood cells like plants that bloom purple. Now you can use cucumber puree.

One person a year needs cultivated cucumbers per square meter of land. In winter, they perfectly grow and bloom in pots in the room on the windowsill. In conferences, I always highlight the great benefits of this plant for metabolic cellular reactions. It is also important that medicinal cucumbers are safe, do not cause side effects when used correctly and in moderation.

What advice would you give to those who want to maintain a healthy digestive system?

It is important not to overeat or consume what is not suitable for you. God has given man teeth, so food must be chewed with the teeth we have. While the teeth are milky, we eat porridge, soft foods. When the teeth are healthy, strong, white, shiny, we can saturate ourselves strongly to have enough strength to multiply and work. Expelled, fallen?

Let’s consider health first and think carefully about what to eat. But we go to the dentist, we twist the implants, we make up the artificial teeth and we think that we are not only beautiful but also healthy. Not at all. You don’t have your own teeth, you can’t eat someone who has fallen. So the diet must be balanced not with new teeth but with “old” health (smiling).

It is said that a healthy body is a healthy soul. What gives you more so that you do not get sad? …

On the morning of the first day my front door was opened, a large swarm of bees settled in the crack in the wall of the house. I turn my head to attract them to the hive during the winter. What is stress or happiness? The soul rejoices, but if I do not meet the bees during winter, the soul will grieve.

It is said: “The same eyes laugh, the same cry.” It is difficult to reconcile wishes and possibilities. It is a matter of the mind to make the right decisions. If you only want what you can accomplish quickly, what you like to work with, what you do well, if you manage not to get caught up in the cycle of insurmountable work, you will always find time for soul refreshment. If you want to be happy for life, grow a garden. Be it a large farm or a small cactus on the computer.

Plants are fascinating because they grow every day. All you have to do is take care of them and they will outlive us. And the soul that has come from the sunrises will be able to swing on the ring of roses. The long months of quarantine have highlighted the real needs of man.

What do you think those needs are?

I recently listened to a famous psychologist and wondered how she contradicted herself by saying that people no longer want to go to work in the office, children no longer want contact training. And have you ever wanted? Have we not created such working and scientific conditions for ourselves so that we can observe, imitate, control and exploit each other? Is it necessary to transport a screaming, half-sleeping child to a kindergarten or school in the morning, where hired educators will attend to him separately? No matter how professional, benevolent, and smart people work there, not even your entire platoon will replace your mother, grandmother, grandfather, or father.

And how do we behave in the workplace, how much emotion do we experience when we go to a hot “heated” office with air conditioning: we will find a place for a car, it will not be more expensive to park in the city center, or I will be able to school boy and take him to the club? Who needs all that artificial life?

Lithuania still has a wonderful climate, good infrastructure, but we fly like ants to reinforced concrete cities, we work like crazy to pay for useless expenses for electricity, gasoline, parking, junk coffee in a disposable container, garbage collection and finally cremation and artificial . candles on the grave. I – for quarantine. For the tranquility without dozens of airplanes at the top, for the lagoons and uncontaminated rivers, for the childhood under a blossoming linden tree and the buzzing of bees.

What makes you feel good?

There is nothing more pleasant for the soul than a job well done. My day begins with an easy exercise, I am forced to do it to maintain the health of the spine. While working in the plant preparation workshop, I drink a lot of herbal tea. Whatever we pack that day, we drink the same. I try to be patient at work, communicate, relax, not leave work unfinished, messy house. I always welcome guests.

What alternatives would you offer for unhealthy fast food? On one show, you mentioned that you give your grandson dried apple chips instead of chips.

There is a big difference between “produce” and “cultivate”. We are like a cable connected to electricity. Humanity has never received so much energy so easily. Now one person can control the power of thousands of horses with the push of a tiny button. And how many horses could a man raise in his life? How much effort would you put into managing it? How would you feel about your bred horse?

So it is with fast food. Made effortlessly, without feeling, brought from the store and placed in the fridge or freezer. You got up from the couch, without even turning off the TV or the computer, you went to the refrigerator, you ate straight from the package, you recovered straight from the bottle. Did you at least sort the garbage ?!

It’s a shame, but the children are behaving the same way. How many are left for the grandparents and parents who go with the children to weed the garden, pick apples in the garden, berries in the forest? If those vegetables and apples are from the store, let’s live and eat as we are used to. And if you decide to live in the country, congratulations. You got into a vicious cycle of nature. But can you cut the cable from the cell phone charger?

Is it true that you founded your own museum?

Finally, with the assistants, we began to organize the exhibits of the SKAR Museum. In autumn, I hope to be able to invite you to see the first big exhibition of the collected scarves. Until we started inventory, it seemed like those scarves weren’t that many, but when the boxes were moved, they spilled like they came out of a cornucopia.

I think we will first introduce the “Black and White” collection and fragments from the travel collection. Some scarves are brought on a trip, they are donated by foreign ambassadors, celebrities, many traveling friends.
