All day the woman suffered, hoping to die soon. At night, however, the situation only got worse, the temperature rose. Later, Monika’s husband took her to the nearest hospital.
“We went to the Plungė hospital. At the reception door there is a brochure that with the temperature you cannot enter, you have to wait or call. The man went to the hospital, he told me he had a fever and stomach pain. There is a box next to him from the hospital where people with fever have to wait. I sat on the bed and a nurse came up to me. She didn’t even ask me what I was complaining about and how I was feeling, “said the interlocutor.
The patient was bled and the temperature was measured. According to Monica, after about an hour, the nurse brought the leaflet and said that the blood test showed nothing wrong and that the patient could drive home.

“The strangest thing is that the nurse didn’t even check, she didn’t ask what was wrong with me. He knew only what the man said. He also suggested a coronavirus test. We picked up the test brochure and left. Thank God, I didn’t feel anything the next day, so I didn’t have to go anywhere to check, “said the interlocutor.
Monika is planning a trip next week, so she joined eHealth to get her green passport. In this system, he saw a record from the Plungė Hospital.
The patient was written to have an upper respiratory infection in hospital. In addition, tests were carried out and allegedly carried out: examination by a neurologist, cardiogram, oxygen level measured in the blood, blood pressure, pulse.
“I think how can the data be falsified in this way? They didn’t even talk about upper respiratory tract inflammation, I didn’t have a sore throat, although the statement says I complained of a sore throat for two days. I don’t know where that sore throat came from and where the investigation came from, “the woman said.

The patient wrote to Plungė Hospital and asked how the diagnosis was made and maybe she could receive all the tests. In response, the hospital told the woman that the diagnosis was made based on the complaints and test results.
“In my opinion, this is complete money laundering: a lot of research is recorded, money is being misappropriated for it. It is very interesting how many people did not even realize this.
I no longer want to resent my check: that no one questioned how I felt, what I was complaining about, they did not even squeeze my belly to see who was hurting me and where. Get “canceled” by the fact that people don’t love your job. But the falsification of data is already a crime ”, said the interlocutor.
The hospital says the patient requested a sore throat.
After contacting Plungė Hospital, we did not receive clear answers to questions. According to the hospital, the patient herself, without a referral, presented to the reception and emergency department of the Plungė District Municipal Hospital with a sore throat and fever.

“The general medicine nurse in the reception and emergency department measured the patient’s body temperature, pulse measured with a pulse oximeter, and O2 saturation with a non-contact thermometer. After examining the patient, the doctor on duty in the admission and emergency department ordered tests: a general blood test, a biochemical blood test.
After assessing the patient’s general health and test results, he made a diagnosis – an acute upper respiratory infection and referred him to a GP for further treatment. Cardiology pathology was not suspected, so the ECG was not performed, ”wrote a representative from Plungė Hospital in the response.
However, the electronic health system clearly states that Monika from Vilnius underwent a cardiogram and neurological examination. In addition, the interlocutor claims that he did not mention a symptom such as a sore throat, and no doctor came to see him, only a nurse. Furthermore, according to Monika, pulse and O2 saturation were not measured during the visit.
Even more interesting is that on August 25, another alleged visit to the patient’s electronic health account appeared. It is alleged that the woman, although living in Vilnius, visited the Klaipėda Republican Hospital on August 25 due to the planned assistance and was examined by a geriatrician there.
The next day, August 26, this record had already disappeared from the eHealth system.
