For the 10th anniversary season, the show gets a makeover, with a new title, concept, and even four new hosts. From now on, the show will be called “Sveikas rytojus”, and the strong team of Irena Pivoriūnienė, the longtime host of the show, will be joined by a strong team:

The latter says that agreeing to get behind the wheel of the show was driven by a desire to share his knowledge and beliefs about health and beauty with others. Although V. Kaikaris, as a guest, has repeatedly participated in various television programs, the role of the presenter is a new turning point in his professional career.

“I have always been interested in sharing my experience, knowledge and what I believe in myself. One of the credits of my life: division is the best multiplication. I have never been a presenter, it is a new challenge that also amuses me. I understand the responsibility that comes with it, but I like the audience, I like communication and I am not afraid of this challenge, ”says V. Kaikaris.

V. Kaikaris, who is boldly named as one of the most famous Lithuanian plastic surgeons, admits that many myths about plastic surgery continue to circulate in society. Often for many it is associated with artificiality, swollen lips, large breasts, but the doctor intends to try to dispel all these myths that have developed over the years and show that the main goal of plastic surgery is not to change a person, but help him overcome appearance problems and be happier.

“Each soul that lives in our body creates for itself the comfort in which it wants to live. That soul also wants to live in a beautiful body, because, as the Greeks say, a healthy body is a healthy soul. By working, I believe that not only does it make beauty, but I make a person happier, more confident. The point of all beauty surgeries is not that other people see that person and say that they have done something, the point is that the person himself, looking in the mirror, is satisfied “, says the plastic surgeon.

The “Healthy Beauty” section of the “Healthy Morning” program sponsored by Vygintas Kaikaris will not only talk about plastic surgery. In parallel, other topics related to human health and beauty will be addressed: laser skin treatments, cosmetic dental care, solutions to joint pain problems, fighting hemorrhoids, laser vaginal procedures, labia, hernias and many others.

“The goal was to create not just a body beauty clinic, but a complete wellness center that included services that would make a person healthier, happier and more beautiful. Health is not only about the activity of the heart, kidneys, lungs or other organs, it is also about the state of the whole body. Of course, I will never say that there is no need for physical exercise or a proper diet because liposuction is not a weight loss operation.

If a person thinks they will come and we cut off the complexes, that will not be the case. When a person comes to us, they have to believe that they are changing together, and then we can help them change together, ”says V. Kaikaris.

Vygintas Kaikaris, who has worked as a plastic surgeon for more than 25 years and has decorated many well-known stars from the Lithuanian business and entertainment world, boldly asserts that procedures alone will not create beauty and will stop the passage of time and natural. aging process. Still, it is possible to slow down this stage, and the complexes removed with the help of a surgical scalpel give the person inner confidence, allowing true beauty to develop from within.

“Since the time of Hippocrates, we have sworn that we cannot do harm, that we cannot do what is unhealthy and unacceptable. We will never make the 60th anniversary look like the 18th anniversary, but we can stop that step and make the 60th anniversary happier and safer. This does not mean that every Lithuanian resident should receive a plastic reconstruction operation.

It is only possible when a person really needs it and when we doctors see that it will be meaningful. Surgery is not a hair dye or a manicure, it has a price, so it is necessary to take responsibility both with the person who comes and with the doctor who performs it. The myth that plastic surgery radically changes the appearance: if the operation is done well, no one can see it except the person himself, ”says V. Kaikaris.
