The passport of opportunity for a person with a positive antibody content is valid for 60 days from the date of the antibody test.

No antigen test left in option passport, PCR test validity shortened
By government decision, the Passport of Opportunities will no longer be generated for individuals based on a negative rapid antigen test result. From now on, passports of opportunity will only be generated after a negative result in the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test. It should be noted that the validity of the PCR test is shortened from 72 hours to 48 hours from the time of sampling.
Notably, from now on, opportunity passports will only be developed on the basis of SARS-CoV-2 paid PCR testing. However, exceptions apply to those who cannot vaccinate due to contraindications and are subject to a free PCR test for SARS-CoV-2. The exceptions will also apply to pregnant women. In such cases, individuals will need to present a confirming medical certificate along with a negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result.
People who have been vaccinated with a full vaccination program and have contracted Covid-19 disease will continue to receive the Passport of Opportunity when confirmed by PCR or antigen testing.
The Registry Center recalls that this week the renewal period for the Opportunity Passport was extended and that from now on, people who want to use the Opportunity Passport QR code must update it every 60 days.
However, it should be noted that each time the Opportunity Passport is renewed, regardless of the specified expiration date, it is valid in accordance with the established conditions and deadlines for the issuance of the Opportunity Passport, for example, 210 days after diagnosis of Covid-19 disease. , 48 hours. after a negative PCR test or 60 days. of a positive antibody test. After the expiration dates of illness or laboratory tests, the Opportunity Passport QR code will not be valid.
There is currently no expiration date for the Opportunity Passport after vaccination, so the validity is unlimited, only a periodic renewal of the Opportunity Passport is required.
Other documents are valid instead of the Opportunity Passport
The Registry Center reminds that according to the rules currently approved by the Minister of Health, people can use one of the medical documents of the electronic health system instead of the Opportunity Passport: EU Covid digital certificate (part of vaccination and relief), vaccination statement, document proving relapse of COVID-19 disease, negative PCR test or positive antibody result. These documents, which cannot be connected to the electronic health system, can be issued by a health institution. It can be used over the phone or in print.
