Lithuania.

Although the filming of the past few seasons has given rise to a number of curious situations, such as the lost drone in the rapeseed fields or driving hundreds of kilometers in the wrong direction, this time the team faced a very unpleasant challenge. In the middle of filming, Ilona suffered a neuralgia that caused her great pain.

“There are many reasons why this disease can occur. Maybe it was affected by the weather, maybe the wind, maybe fatigue, but as a result, the pain hit me. I was in the clinic for a few days, the doctors did everything possible to stand up: I built leaks, I allowed vitamin solutions. It was a lot of anxiety, because we have just started filming, and I did not know if I could continue traveling together, “says I. Juciūtė.

Unbearable pain in the lumbar region tortured Ilona for more than a week. The entire filming of the “Food Road” project also hung in my hair, because of course the chef is one of the main presenters of the show. After all, I can’t trust a team that goes to such lengths to make this project even more engaging with every show ” says I. Juciūtė.

The show’s producer and the author of the idea, Vaida Skaisgirė, believes she has a great understanding of the challenge Ilona had to face, because she had recently suffered a similar fate: a woman had her vertebrae tight around her neck, causing caused him pain. Fortunately, thanks to professional help, the situation improved rapidly and filming was not affected.

“Traveling through Lithuania with the Food Road project and looking for the best corners of the country, we covered thousands of kilometers.
