To this day, the work is reproduced on all musical platforms, and at the same time there is a clip filmed at the artist’s farm, in which there are many familiar faces and total freedom of action.
“My family’s house in Dzūkija is a place where I flee from the world, when I want to hide and rest. Together, this is my creative space, where I write songs, I meditate,” says Jazzu. – In that farm I organized both creative workshops and parties crazy, that all Vilnius knows.
My friends, artists, personalities, meet there. Much of my life is spent there. So when it came to choosing a location to shoot the clip, I didn’t even have questions about where it would take place.
I wanted to sing about the summer in which I live, sheltered from nature. I realize that I have become a child of nature: looking at myself coincides with looking back at nature. My love Donat was the one that Tarzan invited me to nature. That’s what does me best. “
Donatas Ivanauskas, the friend of the artist’s heart, also starred in the clip for the song “Summer”: the couple’s romantic communication in front of the cameras developed completely naturally.
The company of friends who came to the farmhouse was also portrayed: the clip includes naked baths at night, crazy dances and hot kisses.
Participants included a well-known pair of photographers: Naglis Bierancas and Lukas Gricius, actor Gytis Ivanauskas, artist Alen Chicco, event organizer Agnė Grigaliūnienė and others.
“There were cheers from my shamans, lawyers, artists and photographers. A diverse company, close friends that I am familiar with for half my life. Now is the time when I am not going anywhere, I want to be with the people closest to me, so that they surround me “, says the interpreter.
In his head, a vision matured: to create a clip that would contain spells of forest fairies, childish flower spirits, “oldskūlo” and a little “bride of the devil.” The interpreter also wanted to have dance, love and laughter.
“I told my friends, ‘Come and stay as usual, we’ll both have fun and create a fun image.’ I wanted an image of certainty: how I really live, how I behave, how I dance.
We agreed to treat the cameras as everyone would like. The theme was total freedom, which itself is associated with hippies, which is why these accents exist as well.
The song itself is about freedom, closeness, lightness. On the need to live here and now and enjoy friendship. For me, “summer” is associated with the magic of the forest, natural medicine, recreation and good humor, “says Jazzu.
“As Juste is a man with a wide soul, he is capable of gathering great people with a big heart, full of good wishes. It feels like watching this clip and seeing how many people gather for your concerts, or how many visitors you can attract to your restaurant, which is also created with love. And love attracts love. And everything else is irrelevant ”, says G.Ivanauskas, who demonstrated an extravagant style in the Jazz clip.
The artist laughs that she didn’t discuss her dress code with her friends before filming.
But when everyone came, they realized that it was not necessary to say anything to anyone; It happens naturally, so this time the company was stylistic.
“I just apologize to the entire Gluk people for not inviting me to a party. It just happened very spontaneously, and we released the song and shot the clip very quickly. I promise to come with the bitters and the branches and apologize to everyone. Still Well, it shouldn’t have been easy for people to listen to the same piece echoing in the lake for five hours, Jazz laughs. – It all happened with a crash and it doesn’t seem in vain. I think the piece itself will travel with force, because it’s completely different, I managed to surprise myself. “
Now the performers are waiting for an intense summer concert.
“That’s why I wanted to release this song as soon as possible. After all the quarantine, depression, darkness and exclusion, we want to proclaim to people that we can finally be together and create a miracle together.
I think the song “Summer” is a good start when I return to the stage in nine months, because it sets the mood.
It says “summer sold”, but I don’t sell summer, I give myself to it. I decided this would be the best summer of my life, ”says Jazzu.
