Changes in the opportunity passport
The SAM registered document also proposes to change certain rules to obtain the Opportunity Passport.

The SAM registered quarantine change document proposes to establish the EU digital COVID-19 certificate already operating in Lithuania.
It is indicated that it will be available to people who have been vaccinated for at least 14 days after receiving a dose of COVID-19 and have been vaccinated:
- a second dose of vaccine, where the vaccination schedule consists of two doses of vaccine;
- a vaccine dose, where the vaccination schedule consists of a vaccine dose;
- at least one dose of the vaccine administered to a person with a history of COVID-19 and the diagnosis has been confirmed by a positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2.
All persons returning to or arriving in the Republic of Lithuania from countries included in the list of countries affected by COVID-19 approved by the Minister of Health must have a document (drawn up in one of the official languages of the European Union) on the person no earlier than 72 hours before returning to the Republic of Lithuania SARS – PCR CoV-2 test performed no earlier than 72 hours (from the time of sampling) or antigen test performed no earlier than 48 hours (from time of sampling)).
Other changes
