Sales of new apartments decreased in Vilnius in May: the market was short of housing Business

March and April of this year surprised even the most skeptical. According to various estimates, between 900 and 1,000 apartments were sold in March and a similar number was recorded in April, when buyers bought between 863 and 1,140 new homes.

Now, according to real estate companies Inreal, Ober-Haus and CityNow, 647 to 694 new apartments have been sold. According to Citus, 756 homes were bought in Vilnius alone.
