Government granted Kulautuvai, Kačergine and part of the tourist area of Zapyškis the status, therefore, our goal is to increase the attractiveness of these cities by creating tourism and health infrastructure in them ”, quotes Antanas Nesteckis, deputy mayor of the Kaunas district in the report.

The Kulautuva urban vision project was created by the architect Aidas Kalinauskas who lives in the city. He designed small architectural elements, benches, transport stops, as well as a living room.

“I do not think it is necessary to look back, we live in the 21st century, so the architecture must be modern, reflecting the times,” said the well-known architect.
