Baratinskaitė, and shares several recipes for exotic meat marinades.

Thai marinade with coconut milk
(Suitable for lean meat and chicken, fish or seafood)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemongrass stalk;
  • 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon fresh ground ginger;
  • 1-2 hot red peppers;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons spoon fish sauce;
  • 1 lime juice;
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon sugar;
  • fresh coriander.

Doing:

Finely chop the lemongrass, hot red pepper, garlic, and a fresh coriander bun and mix with the remaining ingredients.

In this marinade, lean meat and chicken should be marinated for up to 24 hours, and fish or shellfish is sufficient to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.

Mexican citrus marinade
(suitable for beef, pork, chicken)

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 1 lime juice;
  • 1 tablespoon. canned crushed spoon chipotle pepper in adobe sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon salt;
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon dried oregano;
  • fresh coriander.

Doing:

Chop the dried oregano and fresh coriander and pour in the orange and lime juice. The hot chipotle peppers will give the marinade a distinctive Mexican flavor.

Keep marinated meat in the refrigerator overnight or throughout the day.

Japanese yakitori marinade

Yakitori It is one of the most popular ways of cooking meat in Japan. These are finely chopped pieces of meat (usually chicken) that are crumpled on a wooden skewer and glazed with a sweet and sour marinade.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ glass soy sauce;

  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic.

Doing:

Turkish marinade with plain yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of plain yogurt;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 6 tablespoons high quality extra virgin olive oil;
  • 1 lemon juice;
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon ground peppers;
  • 1 tablespoon. cinnamon spoon;
  • ½ tea. spoon ground cumin;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • pinch of salt and pepper.

Doing:

Grate the onion and garlic and mix with the spices, olive oil and plain yogurt. Pour the meat over the marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Italian herbal marinade
(suitable for both meat and seafood)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 glass of high quality extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;

  • 1 lemon juice;
