Step by step: instructions on how to check if the details have been entered for a passport and what to do if you find an error

Both the obtaining and the verification of the Opportunity Passport will be available on the website www.gpasas.lt. Prior to that, the Registry Center urges the population to verify in e-health if there is data on the incidence of COVID-19 or the vaccination received from it.

“During this week, we suggest that all Lithuanian residents check their patients’ profiles for the data on the status of livestock: whether the fact of vaccination or disease has been recorded”, Diana Vilytė, Director of Management of Registry Center Services said at a meeting of the ruling faction of the Freedom Party on Monday.

How to check the data?

Several people have asked how e. check that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and what to do if you are not vaccinated.

“Each person who enters his patient account on the website www.esveikata.lt can find his complete medical history, such as diagnoses, visit information, active referrals, e. prescriptions, immunization statements and other electronic medical records.

If they find inaccuracies, such as contact details, people can be updated, and if they notice that there are inaccuracies in the medical records or that they are missing, although they should be, they should contact their GP, as health authorities are responsible for entering to the specialists in maintenance of the eHealth system ”, Delfi Mindaugas Samkus, spokesperson for the Communication Department of the Registry Center, told the portal.

According to the interviewee, the vaccination records can be found in the Vaccination Calendar by selecting “All Vaccines” or in the documents attached to the visit transcripts.

The Delfi portal provides instructions on how to verify that a vaccine record has been compiled.

When asked what the Opportunity Passport would look like, M. Samkus commented: “The Opportunity Passport will be a QR code generated on a phone or computer, which can be saved in PDF format or printed. This proof that a person can perform activities under less stringent quarantine requirements will take effect on May 24.

People under the age of 16 will not need to have an Opportunity Passport, they will be subject to more lenient quarantine conditions if they prove their age with an identity document.

Who can obtain the Opportunity Passport?

Those vaccinated with COPID-19 can receive the Opportunity Passport immediately.

To receive the Passport of Opportunity, you will need to be vaccinated with two doses of Comirnaty (manufactured by BioNTech and Pfizer) and Moderna (manufactured by Moderna). The Opportunity Passport will be issued 1 week after the second dose of vaccine.

For those who have received Janssen (manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceutica NV) and Vaxzevria (manufactured by AstraZeneca), the Opportunity Passport will be available 4 weeks after a single dose of the vaccine. However, those who have received Vaxzevria will still need a second vaccine, which will be given no later than 12 weeks after the first dose.

Those who have contracted the disease no earlier than 180 days will also receive a passport of opportunity. For the latter, it is important to consult your family doctor so that the recurrence is recorded e. in health.

The passport will also be available after the COVID-19 antigen test, which is no more than 24 hours from the time of sampling. In order for more people to receive the Opportunity Passport, the Municipality of Vilnius is expanding its testing capacity and will open a new testing point in Lukiškės square.
