How to check the data?

When asked what the Opportunity Passport would look like, M. Samkus commented: “The Opportunity Passport will be a QR code generated on a phone or computer, which can be saved in PDF format or printed. This proof that a person can perform activities under less stringent quarantine requirements will take effect on May 24.
People under the age of 16 will not need to have an Opportunity Passport, they will be subject to more lenient quarantine conditions if they prove their age with an identity document.

Those vaccinated with COPID-19 can receive the Opportunity Passport immediately.
To receive the Passport of Opportunity, you will need to be vaccinated with two doses of Comirnaty (manufactured by BioNTech and Pfizer) and Moderna (manufactured by Moderna). The Opportunity Passport will be issued 1 week after the second dose of vaccine.
For those who have received Janssen (manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceutica NV) and Vaxzevria (manufactured by AstraZeneca), the Opportunity Passport will be available 4 weeks after a single dose of the vaccine. However, those who have received Vaxzevria will still need a second vaccine, which will be given no later than 12 weeks after the first dose.

The passport will also be available after the COVID-19 antigen test, which is no more than 24 hours from the time of sampling. In order for more people to receive the Opportunity Passport, the Municipality of Vilnius is expanding its testing capacity and will open a new testing point in Lukiškės square.
