Artūras Šilinskis, a 36-year-old sister from Šiauliai Hospital, claims that her sister was pregnant, but she probably did not know.
The man, who had very close contact with his sister, said that the doctor had not told the family about the early pregnancy, they learned that they had received a death certificate.
A. Šilinskis stated that his sister had a strong character, so no one expected her connection with such a horrible act. True, as the doctor’s brother said, she repeatedly spoke about the pressure on the medical institution and, as a result, introduced herself to various institutions: the Ministry of Health, the State Labor Inspectorate and the Commission on Labor Disputes. According to the interlocutor, his sister did not receive help from the authorities.
The portal has already written that the doctor has worked in said medical institution for more than six years. “The employee started working at Šiauliai Republican Hospital on August 1, 2014, the employment contract was terminated on May 6, 2021,” said Sonata Tenytė, public relations specialist at Šiauliai Republican Hospital.
Suicidal medical colleagues working at the Siauliai Republican Hospital said they were prohibited from crying at the medical institution, posting photos of her and lighting candles in the hospital. However, the doctors resisted this step from the hospital administration: they honored the doctor with candles and spoke about the harassment they had experienced.
Adrijus from Šiauliai told reporters on the portal that the idea of honoring the woman who raised her hand in front of her did not come from the administration of the medical institution, but from doctors and residents. The husband’s wife is also a doctor. “Anyway, the problem of mobbing itself is really universal and really deep there,” the man said of the treatment facility.
