“We said that if there is a special need and that remote consultation will not be attended, then there will be consultations in schools, but we do not receive requests from children.

S. Bernikas stated that students are consulted more frequently in the usual way of contact in schools.

“The contact method is more dominant, because gym students prefer the contact method, but we also consult remotely,” said the gym director.

Some 1,800 evaluators will participate in the evaluation of state maturity tests this year, the NSA previously reported. Exam evaluators will be delegated to perform an evaluation function under an agreement between the school and the NSA.

Attempts will be made to ensure safety during examinations by greater distances between candidates, smaller groups of examiners and the necessary disinfectants.

As always, graduates who come to the exam must bring their identity document and the necessary means to complete the exam task.

Wearing protective gear covering the nose and mouth (masks, respirators, or others) will no longer be mandatory, as the quarantine in Lithuania has ended. However, disposable masks, respirators, or other equipment and gloves will be available on a voluntary basis.

The state maturity tests for the main session, which begin with the speaking portion of the English test, will begin on June 22 and run through July 21.

Repeated exams will take place from July 22 to August 4.
