Darius G. pleaded guilty in full. He explained that on the day of the accusation he was in the forest, growing like mushrooms, and on his return he drank with his neighbor and later with his brother. You don’t remember what caused the conflict. You know you got drunk very quickly, but you don’t understand what happened.
He only woke up the next day and heard from his mother what he had done. Darius drank a bottle of vodka with his neighbor, he couldn’t tell how much to drink afterward. He drank two in the kitchen with his brother, and then maybe he got mad. Darius G. stated in court that he does not remember anything, he only guesses.
There had been conflicts with my brother before, but not so strong. Darius G. repeated that only the next day did he learn from his mother that he had stabbed his brother with a knife. He then went to his brother’s room, offered to call an ambulance, and the latter said that he did not need to lie down and that it would happen.
The brother was lying at home, his mother tied him up. He went to work on Monday and his brother stayed home, he couldn’t work. Saying that the brother was not hurt by him but by other people was decided in two with the victim.
The brother said they would “plant” him, so he agreed to say that he was injured by strangers. When this occurred to him, he told his mother that, if anything, he had injured his brother outside the house. He said that he was very sorry for his actions and that they had already come to terms with his brother.

The victim told MG in court that she had lost her memory while drinking with her brother, and in the morning she got up and saw that there were injuries. He realized that the brother with the knife had made those wounds.
The victim said that he had “turned off” while drinking, so he did not know the reasons for the conflict.
The victim said he did not feel any pain when he was stabbed. His mother told him that when she returned she found him lying on the ground.
He did not call the police or doctors because he thought the wounds were small and would heal on their own. After a while, things started to get worse.

The mother of the conflicting siblings also testified in court. He found the injured son returning home after work. I noticed the abrasions, but didn’t think they could be serious. He took off his son’s clothes and fixed his wounds. However, a few days later, when the situation worsened, the son was finally transferred to the hospital.
