Both RARučys and “Order and Justice” were acquitted due to the accusations made against them of accepting a bribe from businessman R. Skaisgiris and fraudulent accounting.
“At this point in the case, there is no evidence that such a bribe was delivered at all; there is no evidence that the concert was organized to benefit the party from its publicity and, in fact, that concert was organized for what it was stated as the purpose “to support the Kaunas Zoo,” the judge said.
