“These would be proposals for the possible release of restrictions during the Easter period and for greater possibilities of releasing trade restrictions,” said Živilė Gudlevičienė, Health Advisor to the Prime Minister.

Restrictions on the second quarantine in the country have been in place since November, then tightened and movement controls between municipalities were introduced in mid-December.

At the end of February, the government extended the quarantine until the end of March and the control of movement between municipalities until mid-March, except for ring municipalities.

In early February, hairdressers, beauty salons and non-food stores were allowed to work with some restrictions.
