Erland Sudeikis, chairman of the board and shareholder of Graina, a company that also deals in medical equipment and is based in Panevėžys, was also suspected.

The prosecution also requested the arrest of the owners of Limeta, V. Domarkas, and the owner of the company Limeta NT, shareholder of both companies, K. Kutkauskas, but the court did not respond to these requests.
