This hard-hitting statement is the latest volley in the increasingly boisterous public relations battle between the British royal family and the US-based couple.
The excerpt was released Wednesday, hours after Buckingham Palace announced that the palace was investigating The Times’ reports of allegations that Meghan was shy around palace staff after her fabulous wedding.
“I don’t see how they can expect us to remain silent after all this time if the Firm plays an active role in allowing the lie about us to continue alive,” Markle said.
The firm is called, sometimes ridiculously, the British royal family.
Harry and Meghan announced their resignation from the royal post last year, and this separation from the family was getting angrier and angrier.
