Allowed to run non-formal education activities for children in open spaces with a maximum of 5 children, as well as organizing non-formal adult education classes in open spaces for up to 5 people.

It is also proposed to continue the Municipal Administration of the City of Vilnius to carry out a “pilot project” of educational institutions, when education in educational institutions according to the primary education program is carried out in a mixed manner, expanding the number of institutions and anticipating the end of the process in 2021.
