“I myself live on the Vilnius highway, the child has to be transported to the kindergarten by bus at the moment, it takes 15 minutes to walk through the snow to the stop. Really, at least for me, it is a challenge because I am unable to seek work in my profession due to communication, even though I have completed public relations with communication. This is my problem, and some others want to take category B, C exams, they had related job offers in abroad, but they had to be rejected because there is no possibility of passing the exams, ”said N. Pekarskaja.

Rasa Jakilaitienė, spokesperson for Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė, says requests are being heard, but possibilities are limited by the improving epidemiological situation.
“It just came to our attention then. However, so far, the situation has not improved enough to allow many activities to be released at once. We understand the fatigue of quarantine and the desire to live more freely, but until the main and most vulnerable part of society has received the vaccine, we can only afford to release it by expanding the scope of testing, ”R. Jakilaitienė told BNS.
The government expects to have antigen tests available in Lithuania next week, as well as a final experiment with bulk tests; This method is expected to continue to allow efficient testing of large equipment.

Regitra informed BNS that it had been decided to postpone the planned driving tests until March 31, but “this date may change due to separate decisions by the government on the relaxation of quarantine conditions.”
