The Vilnius City Municipality will submit project proposals for a new planned apartment block next to the Vilnius Western Bypass for public comment. In Justiniškės, Talino Street, on a 2.84 hectare plot, a 5-6 storey apartment block, Tallinn, has been designed on behalf of the real estate development company Rewo, for a total of 7 houses. The Vilnius Municipality will evaluate the project after the public presentation.

The municipal report also states that the territory borders the western ring road on the western side and the Justiniškės apartment building and the school sports stadium on the eastern side.

The city’s chief architect will seek to hear feedback from the community.

“It is planned to have a very large area to take care of ourselves, the life of our neighbors should not get worse, but better. This means that transportation infrastructure problems must be addressed, additional recreational infrastructure must be provided. As we evaluate these aspects, we will also listen to the comments made by the local community during the public presentation, ”says Mindaugas Pakalnis, chief architect of the city.
